Valentine's Day (any excuse for crafty!!)

It's a little late, but thought I'd post a few pics of projects we did for Valentine's Day this year!
Decorating cupcakes for school lunches for the week!

Eva's rainbow and colouring (printable found here)
Heart sun-catchers. There's contact on the cardboard heart to stick things to.
Heart necklaces, these were cut up milk bottles with lots of glue, glitter and sequins.
It may not look pretty, but it was YUMMY! A giant Rocky Road heart I made for Sean =)
Birdie hair clips I made for the girls (tutorial here)
And Olaf towels for them too (tutorial here)
Chloe's Valentine's lunch.
Eva making a toilet roll butterfly for Chloe.

Pink nails for V-day!
Beautiful flowers hubby got me =)
The girls decorated some heart biccies for a gift for Daddy =)

Hope your V-day was filled with love xx

"A portrait of my children, once a week, every week for 2014"
Eva: I try and take her to the park on the way home from school on the morning that she doesn't have kindy. Before it gets too hot and we are holed up inside for the rest of the day.
Chloe: Wearing the Valentines present I made for her and her sister. Some people are worth melting for.

"A portrait of my children, once a week, every week for 2014"

Eva: My little baby off to school for the first time.
I couldn't choose for Eva this week. She went on a bouncy castle!! She is absolutely terrified of "big balloons". The girl who won't go through a shopping center entry if there is one of those big advertising balloons on the roof, finally went on a bouncy castle...and still had to hold our hands through the mesh :)

Chloe- My biggest little girl taking it all in her stride for year 1.

"A portrait of my children, once a week, every week for 2014"

Chloe: she got perler beads for Christmas and I swear she doesn't leave them alone!

Eva: it's blurry but she was SO proud of herself writing her name totally on her own. Nothing to copy, no direction.

On another note, this is the last 52 week project I'll do before Eva starts school on Monday! NOOOOOO, I'm going to miss this crazy little girl :(
